Providing courteous, helpful, ethical, “adding-value-assessment,” certification services with honesty is our mission. We are a consumer-centric management systems certification body with a goal, beliefs, and vision to provide services that improve client-organizational operations and administration performance. By adhering to a legally bound charter dedicated to consumer protection, as well as promoting, encouraging, and participating in product and service initiatives. Certification is a commercial process in which a recognised entity, operating independently and without affiliations to the parties involved, certifies that an organisation, a process, a service, a product, or a set of professional skills fulfils the baseline requirements outlined in a reference standard. Certification is a purely voluntary endeavour.

Impartiality is the notion that judgments are made based on objective evidence gained during assessments, rather than on bias or prejudice resulting from the effect of competing interests of individuals or other parties involved. The Impartiality Monitoring Committee is in charge of permanently identifying, reviewing, and controlling threats to impartiality (IMC).
